Community workshops
I am experienced in delivering caring and professional creative writing workshop facilitation in a number of community settings, designed for families, children, older adults, and individuals living with dementia or mental health challenges. I provide techniques, support, and encouragement to empower everyone in exploring and enjoying their creativity. I'm committed to fostering nurturing, respectful, person-led environments where participants can express themselves freely and build confidence in their writing skills.

Creative Lead (Poetry), Anvil Arts – Finding the Words (2025–2026)
I delivered person-centred poetry and creative writing workshops in residential care homes and memory cafés for people living with dementia. Working alongside musician Olly Lewis and movement specialist Maria Evans, residents were invited to explore their creativity sharing memories, opinions and reflections. Supported in co-creating a poetry booklet and original songs the project culminated in sharing events for participants, staff and family to celebrate together. -
